The client was looking to build a new family home, and this site seemed a perfect fit, located in a gated community.

A meandering entrance shielded the house from the direct view from the road- giving the residents much needed privacy and the sense of being cut-off from the public gaze.

The swimming pool in the South-West helped in thermally cooling the house- by cooling the air passing over the water before it enters the home.

A cozy tropical home was imagined, surrounded by dense trees-with major spaces opening out to the garden and pool on the ground floor, and large verandas overlooking the pool in the first floor.
