The site was in Narol, Along the SP Ring road, on the eastern side of Ahmedabad. Being a corner plot on one of the main roads of Ahmedabad, the strategy was to milk this to our advantage-hence the proposal for an L-shaped 3 storey commercial and Office Spaces.

On the interior of the side, away from the noise and pollution of the road, 7 story buildings of 3bhk and 4bhk apartments were proposed- majorly overlooking the common open plot.

The main concern addressed in the individual units was to provide generous balconies-leisure spaces which acted as an extension of one’s home outside. The public and private parts of the house were also clearly segregated, and large uninterrupted public spaces such as the living and dining were provided, to give a sense of grandeur of a large home.
